Parking
- There is metered street parking along Mission Street, as well as limited metered street parking on Van Ness Avenue.
- There is an attended open-air pay parking lot on Mission at 10th Street. The entrance is on 10th Street off of Market.
- There is also an underground CityPark garage located under the Goodwill corporate offices and yard. The entrance is on Van Ness Avenue between Mission and Market streets.

- Turn right on Mission

- Take 101 South over the Golden Gate Bridge
- Stay right onto Lombard Street, follow to Van Ness
- Turn right on Van Ness, follow to Fell Street
- Turn left on Fell Street at signal
- Cross Market Street, bear right onto 10th Street. Turn right on Mission Street
- Go one block to 11th Street. Goodwill is on the corner of 11th Street and Mission.
From the East Bay
- Take I-80 West toward San Francisco on the Bay Bridge
- Take the 9th Street/Civic Center exit
- Bear right onto the ramp to 9th Street/Civic Center/Fell Street
- Turn left onto Harrison Street. Turn right onto 9th Street
- Turn left onto Mission Street
- Go two blocks to 11th Street
- Goodwill is on the corner of 11th Street and Mission.
From the South Bay
- Take US-101 North toward San Francisco
- Take the Duboce Avenue exit
- Take the US-101 North ramp to Van Ness Avenue/Golden Gate Bridge
